問題点を有していた。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the combustion tube of the water heater, the combustion flame B accompanying the fuel sprayed from the nozzle 13a located at the lower stage is caused by disturbances in wind pressure near the nozzle 13a in the blast tube 14,
And a part of the combustion air A flowing into the combustion cylinder main body 10 from the draft tube 15b located at the upper stage.
The combustion flame B is disturbed by the combustion cylinder main body 10
The problem is that the bottom part 12a of the refractory tube 12 comes into contact with the center of the bottom part 12a or on the opposite sides of the draft tubes 15a and 15b, causing local damage to the refractory tube 12. In particular, when the height of the water heater is kept constant, as the number of burner stages increases, such as three or four stages, the lowermost burner is more likely to cause the above problem. Further, the turbulence of the combustion flame B has the problem of generating carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons, causing incomplete combustion, and further generating soot and carbon.

The tip of the draft tube passes through the side wall of the combustion tube main body and faces into the combustion tube main body, and the tip of the draft tube has a ridged portion extending toward the inside of the draft tube. In a combustion tube of a water heater or the like, an air guide portion is provided at least at one location opposite to the draft tube from approximately the center of the bottom of the combustion tube body, and the air guide portion is provided on the side of the draft tube. The present invention is characterized in that a guide surface is provided that guides a portion of the combustion air that extends obliquely upward toward the opposite side of the draft tube.

する。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, the combustion air flowing through the bottom of the combustion tube main body flows diagonally upward by the guide surface of the air guide part, and the air is slanted upward by the crest of the draft tube. Since the combustion flames that have been burned are converged again from below, the combustion flames do not come into contact with the bottom, which has the advantage of preventing thermal damage to the combustion cylinder body. Further, since the combustion flame is stabilized by convergence, there is an advantage that carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons are not generated to cause incomplete combustion, and soot and carbon are not generated.
