【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は主として加熱調理用のガスこんろその
他のガス燃焼器における一次空気制御装置に関す

気供給口から一次空気を吸引する式のガスバーナ
に連なるガス通路の上流側に、点火器を作動制御
する第1操作部材の操作によれば開く開閉制御弁
を設けると共に、その下流側に第2操作部材によ
れば開閉制御されてガス量を少なくとも小流量と
中流量と大流量との3段加減自在の流量制御弁を
設け、更に該流量制御弁を少なくとも該ガス量の
小流量状態では、該第1操作部材の操作に伴い一
旦該ガス量を増大する側に作動されるようにした
式のものを提案したが、かゝるものでは該流量制
御弁を該ガス量の小流量状態として該第1操作部
材を操作した場合を考えるに、該流量制御弁は一
旦該ガス量を増大する側に作動して該ガスバーナ
は該ガス量の増大状態において良好な点火を得ら
れるが、次で該第1操作部材を操作解除したとき
該流量制御弁は該ガス量の小流量状態に戻り、か
くて該ガスバーナはこれに伴う不用意な失火を生
じ易い不都合を伴う。即ち種ガスバーナでは、一
次空気の吸引はガスノズルよりのガスの噴出によ
り行なわれ、ガス量が多いときはこれに応じて一
次空気量も多く、ガス量が少ないときは一次空気
も少なくなる。しかし第1操作部材を操作してガ
ス量を増大させた後その操作解除によりガス量が
小流量状態に戻つた直後は、一次空気量が直ちに

連るガス通路2に、直列に開閉制御弁5と、ガス
量を少なくも小流量と中流量と大流量との3段に
加減自在の流量制御弁7とを設け、これら開閉制
御弁5と流量制御弁7とをそれぞれ別個の操作部
材によつて開閉制御させると共に、更に該流量制
御弁7を少なくも該ガス量の小流量状態では、開
閉制御弁5の開弁操作に伴い一旦該ガス量を増量
する側に作動されると共に、該開閉制御弁5の開
弁操作に連動して点火器3を作動させるようにし
たものに於いて、該ガスバーナ1の一次空気供給
口8に、流量制御弁7の開閉制御操作に連動し
て、該ガス量の小流量状態では空気量を減量する
側に作動する制限部材9を備えて成るり、図示す
るものでは、開閉制御弁5の開弁操作を該1操作
部材4で行わせ、流量制御弁7の開閉制御を第2
操作部材6で行わせるようにし、該第1操作部材
4を押ボタン式に構成させ、その押圧によれば該
開閉制御弁5が開くと共にその前方の電磁安全弁
5aが開き側に作動されるようにし、更に該部材
4は次いでその押圧を解除すれば一旦中間位置に
戻つて電磁安全弁5aから離れるが、開閉弁5を
開放した状態で図外の係止機構により係止される
と共に次いでその側方の第3操作部材4aを押ボ
タン式に構成させ、その押圧によればその係止を

態では例えば第4図示のように左方に回動して閉
じ側の作動位置と、該部材6を作動したガス量の
大流量状態では例えば第5図示のように右方に回
動して開き側の不作動位置とに切換えられるよう
にした。更に説明すれば、該補助ダンパ9は左右
1対の透孔9b,9bを備えてその背側の該メイ
ンダンパ10の左右1対の開口10a,10aと
