Claims (1)
- 床パネルを支持する床梁と独立基礎とを連結し
た束部材であつて、前記独立基礎にベース本体を
固定しこのベース本体の両側縁に一対の挟持片を
立設するとともに各々の挟持片に上下方向にかつ
水平方向にずらせて複数の固着具挿通孔を形成し
た上向きに開口した溝形のベース材と、前記床梁
の下端に水平材を固定するとともにこの水平材の
両側縁から垂下された一対の垂直材を前記ベース
材の前記一対の挟持片の間に設置した下向きに開
口した溝形の支持材とを備え、前記床梁の設置高
さに対応する前記挟持片の固着具挿通孔の位置で
前記垂直材を固定した束部材。
