具を中間部の支軸を軸として回動せしめて接続具
の一端側を作動し、同時に前記作動杆を上下方向
に作動し、ルーバー羽根を開閉可能とするととも
に、さらに前記枠の中間部には、操作体に隣接し
て、又は接続具の他端側に隣接して落し錠を設け
、前記ルーバー羽根の開の状態においては落し錠
