転軸、９は回転量検知センサ、１０は回転量検知
センサ出力、１１はカウンタ、１２〜１６は各々
昇降量換算、プリセツト値、比較、正常信号、異
常信号を示したブロツク図を示す。なお、図中、
同一符号は同一又は相等部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ローラーテーブルで搬送される板材等を被検査
材とする検査装置において、検査ヘツドを支掌し
ている昇降アームの回転軸に結合された回転量検
出センサと、上記回転量検出センサ出力信号を波
形整形してカウントし、検査ヘツドの昇降量に変
換する手段と、上記昇降量とあらかじめ入力され
たプリセツト値と比較する手段と、上記昇降量が
上記プリセツト値から外れた場合にアラームを発
先する手段を有する制御装置とを備えた検査装置
。
