路を前記可動体の外周を囲むように形成し、前記
装置本体内に前記可動体に対して前記流入ポート
を閉じる方向に弾発力を付勢するばね部材を装着
し、前記装置本体に前記可動体の軸方向の位置を
検出する磁気センサーを取付けてなる高粘度材料
