Claims (1)
- 計測対象となる被計測回路の被計測値信号が供
給される計測機器と、上記被計測回路のいずれか
を選択する切替スイツチとを備えた計測装置にお
いて、上記切替スイツチの切替時に計測回路が開
路しないように上記被計測回路の各相に対応した
上記切替スイツチのそれぞれの両端子間に半導体
素子を接続したことを特徴とする計測装置。
