第１図は積層型コンデンサの分解斜視図、第２図
はその一部破断平面図、第３図は単一の回路構成
を簡略化して示す等価回路図であり、第４図は特
性実験結果を示す説明図である。また、第５図な
いし第７図は従来例に係り、第５図はその分解斜
視図、第６図はその一部破断平面図であり、第７
図はその等価回路図である。 図における符号１は積層型コンデンサ、２は共
通電極用の誘電体シート、３は個別電極用の誘電
体シート、５は共通電極、６は電極欠如部、７は
個別電極、７ｂはその本体部、７ｃはその対応位
置部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一表面に共通電極が形成された誘電体シートと
    、一表面に共通電極と交差する方向に沿う個別電
    極が形成された誘電体シートとを交互に積層して
    焼成一体化してなる積層型コンデンサにおいて、 共通電極の中間部分に、これを複数に分割する
    電極欠如部を形成し、 かつ、この電極欠如部と誘電体シートを介して
    交差する個別電極の対応位置とその個別電極の両
    端部を、その個別電極の他の部分よりも細幅に形
    成したことを特徴とする積層型コンデンサ。
