- 半導体装置のエンボステープへのテーピング装
置において、ワークストツカとワークセパレータ
とワーク方向判別機構とワーク位置決め機構とを
備えたローダユニツトを有しかつローダユニツト
がワーク位置決め機構を中心に１８０°回転可能
な構造である事を特徴とした半導体装置用テーピ
ング装置。
