The process is consistent with that of shoes, and the appearance of the resulting product is also elegant. [Prior Art] Conventionally, cold-weather shoes that exhibit excellent moisture retention properties are known that use three-layer leather with a single-cell polyurethane foam as the middle layer. These cold-weather shoes are provided with cold protection due to the heat-insulating effect of single-cell polyurethane foam, but they are made of outer leather (11),
Shoes that use a three-layer leather consisting of an inner lining leather (12) and a single-cell polyurethane foam (13) in between these layers have a soft polyurethane foam layer ( 13) is excessively compressed by the bottom periphery of the mold (A) and the midsole board (14) periphery, resulting in loss of elasticity and collapse of air bubbles, impairing comfort and cold protection; As shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG.
) There was a problem in that it was difficult to clearly see the outline of the part that was bent along the periphery (hereinafter referred to as the "bending part"). For this reason, fishing-in molding requires a skilled technique based on many years of experience and intuition, and it has been extremely difficult to obtain a high-quality product with a good finish. The present inventor solved the problems in the prior art as described above in U.S. Pat. No. 4,777.74.
We solved this problem by developing cold-weather shoes like the one shown in No. 0 (Figures 5 and 6 show the structure of a part of the curved part). These winter shoes have a single-cell polyurethane foam layer (13) and a leather lining (11) along the periphery of the single-cell polyurethane foam layer (13) in the sole (15).
A hollow molding guide plate (16) that is larger all around than the middle bottom board (12b), which is approximately the same size as the bottom surface of the mold (A), is provided between the mold (A) and the molding guide plate (16). bottom(
15) single cell polyurethane foam) #(
13) of a shape and size that almost matches the outer periphery, and for outstitching, as shown in Figure 6.
A single cell polyurethane foam layer (13) and a leather lining (11) are formed from the inner sole board (12b) over the entire outer circumference.
This structure uses a material with a shape and size that protrudes by the thickness and seam allowance. The manufacturing method of these cold-weather shoes involves forming a mold (A) using three-layered leather consisting of a leather lining (11), a leather lining (12), and a single-cell polyurethane foam layer (13) as an intermediate layer between these layers. When carrying out fishing molding using the above-mentioned mold (^), the inner lining leather (12) and the insole leather (L2a) extending from this are closely molded, and the same size is used for the insole leather. Join the inner bottom board (12b),
A single cell polyurethane foam layer (13) is adhered to the lining leather (12) and the midsole board (12b), and along the outer periphery of the single cell polyurethane foam layer (13) at the bottom (15). , a hollow molded guide plate (16) with a shape and size that almost matches the outer periphery is formed with a single cell polyurethane foam layer (13) and a leather lining (11).
The feature is that the molded guide plate (16) is wrapped with a leather lining (11). In addition, in the case of outstitching, the shape and size of the outer periphery protrude from the inner sole board (12b) by the thickness and seam allowance of the single cell polyurethane foam layer (13) and the lining leather (11). A molded guide plate (16) is used, and the lining leather (11) is wrapped around the molded guide plate (16).
The outstitching was carried out at the protrusion (P) formed by the forming guide plate (16).

Even though the leather is thick and has heat-retaining closed-cell foam M inside, it is possible to manufacture shoes with an elegant shape like men's shoes, and the closed-cell foam in the heel area Although it was excellent in that it had a 4+'0 structure that prevented water from entering because the gender form was seamless and continuous, it had complicated drawbacks as explained in the manufacturing process. Ta. The present invention attempts to solve this problem by making it compatible with the same process as conventional general shoes. [Means for Solving the Problems] As a result of studies to solve the above problems, it was found that the upper material (1) is combined with a facing material (2), a lining material (3), and a closed-cell foam as an intermediate layer between these materials. It has a three-layer structure consisting of layer (4), and the insole (5) is a three-layer composition consisting of an insole plate (6), a closed cell foam layer (7), and a molded guide plate (8) consisting of a hollow outer peripheral contour. , The upper material (1) is formed into 3 layers (1!) by turning it to the outside of the forming guide plate (8) to form a hook, and then fixing the sole (9) on the hook surface (17). The above-mentioned problem was solved with a structure in which the closed-cell foam layer (4) of the upper material (1) was gradually made thinner in the part that went around from the side to the back of the mold (^). This makes it easier to form the hook. The outer material (2) and lining material (3) used in Niko are ordinary natural leather, synthetic leather, leather, canvas, etc., and the intermediate layer is closed-cell foam. The foam layer (4) is preferably made of single-cell polyurethane foam. The material of the molding guide plate (8) is a tough hard plate that does not lose its shape, and for example, cardboard impregnated with phenol resin is suitable.

The upper material (1) of the structure is also preformed 3
The inner sole (5) of the layered structure can be easily manufactured with an elegantly arranged outer shape by simply turning the inner sole (5) of the layered structure to the outside of the molding guide plate (8) and molding it, and then fixing the sole (9). [Examples] Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the entire center, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged longitudinal cross-sectional view showing the state of the hook-in bend. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the midsole. As seen in Fig. 1, the shoes of this example are made of upper material (1).
It has a three-layer structure consisting of a surface material (2), a lining material (3), and a closed cell foam layer (4) as an intermediate layer between these materials. The midsole (5) is completely different from the conventional one. It has a three-layer structure including an inner sole plate (6), a closed cell foam M (7), and a molded guide plate (8) consisting of a hollow outer peripheral contour. It is separate from the upper material (1). The upper material (
1) with the 3-layer structure is turned to the outside of the molding guide plate (8) to form a hook, and after applying adhesive between it and the inner sole (5), fix it using nails (lO). Furthermore, the sole (9) is fixed onto the hook (17) with adhesive. The case of outstitching is shown in Figure 4. Upper material (1)
has a 3M structure consisting of a surface material (2), a lining material (3), and a closed-cell foam layer (4) as an intermediate layer between these materials, and a middle bottom plate (5) and a middle bottom plate (6). This embodiment is similar to the previous embodiment in that it has a three-layer structure consisting of a closed cell foam layer (7) and a forming guide plate (8). In this example, the molding guide plate (8) of the midsole (5) is provided with a size that protrudes from the closed cell foam M (7). The outer periphery of this forming guide plate (8) is rotated and sandwiched between it and the sole (9), and outstitching is performed at the protrusion (P) formed by the forming guide plate (8). The insole plate (6) of the insole (5) and the closed cell foam layer (
7) is integrated into the forming guide plate (8), but does not participate in the stitching. Therefore, the structure is completely free from water intrusion. Effects of the Invention 1 As described above, the present invention is very easy to manufacture despite the presence of a flexible closed-cell foam layer in the middle. With this invention, it is comfortable to wear, has excellent heat retention, and waterproof properties.
Moreover, shoes with excellent designs could be provided at low cost through mass production.
