Claims (1)
- 筒状のケース１０の内部中央にツバ部１１を形
成すると共に、該ツバ部１１に両面基板３を載置
して周辺をシールし、さらに該基板３の各面を別
々に防湿材４１，４２で封止してなることを特徴
とする両面基板の防湿装置。
