Claims (1)
- 間欠回転機構を有し、かつ、上面の同一円周の
等分割位置に、回転自在のワークテーブルを配列
したワークターンテーブルを設け、該ワークター
ンテーブルの停止位置が、それぞれのワークテー
ブルの加工ポジシヨンとなり、該加工ポジシヨン
の一つをワークの着脱加工ポジシヨン、該加工ポ
ジシヨンの他の二つを研摩機構を有する荒研摩と
仕上げ研摩の内面研摩ポジシヨン、該加工ポジシ
ヨンの他の二つを研摩機構を有する荒研磨と仕上
げ研摩の端面研摩ポジシヨンとなし、さらに、該
内面研摩ポジシヨンと該端面研摩ポジシヨンには
、前記ワークターンテーブルの中止部分に設けた
駆動輪と前記ワークテーブルの外周間に配列した
中間車からなる自転機構が設けられ、前記ワーク
テーブルに固定セツトした被研摩物を、前記ワー
クターンテーブルの間欠回転によつて公転させる
と共に、前記各加工ポジシヨンに順次停止して自
転させ、研摩加工する構造を特徴とする内面・端
面研摩装置。
