Traditionally, devices for cleaning this type of pipe include inserting a small-diameter pipe into the cleaning pipe hole and washing out the deposits on the pipe with air or water, or using a boring machine to connect the thin pipes. while inserting the
It is generally known that a brush or the like is attached to the tip and cleaning is carried out using distilled water (for example, techniques shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 50-128191 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 47-21964).

This cannot be done with brush-based devices.
There was a drawback that the brush became tangled with fibers, making it impossible to completely clean the pipe.

A wire brush E is provided on the rotor C and rotates integrally with the rotor C to scrape off deposits inside the pipe F. At a rear position of the wire brush E, the rotation radius of the wire brush E is The surface along the length direction is formed in a semicircular arc shape curving forward, and rotates together with the rotor C to remove deposits or fibers inside the pipe F. A thin cutter D is provided for cutting, and a jet hole 7 is provided on the outer surface of the rotor C and at the rear of the cutter D, and jets out high-pressure water to apply rotational force to the rotor C. It slides on the wall surface to remove deposits or fibers such as dirt, limescale, water roots, etc. that have adhered to the inside of the pipe F. In this case, in particular, the wire brush E located at the front mainly scrapes off deposits such as dirt, limescale, etc., and then the cutter D located at the rear scrapes off the inside of the pipe F with the wire brush E. Cut fibrous materials such as aquatic roots that cannot be removed.

Even if fibers such as water roots become entangled with the cutter D, the high-pressure water jetting out from behind pushes the fibers forward and prevents them from adhering to the cutter D.

This prevents the blade from being damaged.

The rotor C has an internal conduit C1 connected to a conduit B1 of a guide pipe B, and a ball bearing 4, which is held between washers 3 and 5, is provided between the rotor C and the guide pipe B. This jet hole 7 is designed to generate rotation in the rotor C similarly to the impeller 6 by jetting out high-pressure water along the circumferential direction inside the pipe F. The water spouted from the jet hole 7 causes wire brush E and cutter D to be described later.
It is designed to wash away the deposits on the pipe F that have been scraped off to the outside.

When flowing, the hardness of the hard polypipe A increases, so that an operator can push the wire brush E and cutter D into the pipe F while holding the high-pressure polypipe A with his hand.
