おいて、前記車輛の発進の禁止／許可を設定する
ための第１スイツチと、第２スイツチと、前記第
１及び第２スイツチに応答し前記第１スイツチが
前記車輛の発進を禁止するための設定状態にある
場合において、前記第２スイツチが所定の操作状
態になつた場合に前記車輛の発進禁止状態を解除
する手段とを備えて成ることを特徴とする車輛用
