コンピユータ構成の携帯型検針端末器とからなり
、 前記計測装置に、現在及び前回検針時の計数値
を現在値及び前回値それぞれとして保持する計数
値保持手段と、予め設定された固有の装置識別コ
ードを保持するコード保持手段と、前記端末器に
前記識別コードが記憶されているときにのみ前記
現在値及び前記前回値を前記結合手段を介して前
記端末器に伝送する情報伝送手段とを設け、 かつ、前記端末器に、前記前回値の読取値及び
前記識別コードが予め書込まれた照合情報保持手
段と、伝送された前記前回値と前記読取値との一
