[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a member for preventing the progress of peeling of a laminate.

If the laminate structure has no eaves, it has extremely high strength and is effective in making products lightweight and high-performance, but when subjected to impact etc., delamination occurs between the laminate layers. Laminate structures are generally made by laminating continuous sheet-like materials (prepreg), so once the delamination between the layers occurs as shown in Figure 4A, it will progress under load as shown in Figure 4B. Once it starts, it cannot be stopped midway through and results in total destruction. This load is far lower than the strength of the laminate, and its excellent properties cannot be fully utilized.

〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕[Problem that the invention attempts to solve]

If the above drawbacks can be overcome, the laminate structure can be made lighter and more efficient. For this reason, stitching (stitching in the thickness direction) and three-dimensional fabrics are currently being considered, but these have drawbacks such as the need for special equipment and restrictions on shape, size, etc.

FIGS. 1A and 1B are diagrams showing an example of the members of the present invention, and FIG. 1A shows a sheet-like prepreg 1 made of the same type or similar matrix that can be molded and hardened simultaneously with the main body laminate. 1' together and 2 stitches (stitched) in the center to prevent separation,
FIG. 1B shows a prepreg 3 woven in an I-shape. The fibers used for this prevention member do not necessarily have to be the same as the main body, but include carbon fibers, aramid fibers,
Any material such as glass fiber may be used as long as it exhibits the desired effect.
