本考案はボールチヤツクを用いたシヤープペン

ンシルに於ても1本の芯が消費されてしまうと次
の芯を繰り出すためには従来のチラツクと同様に
後端のノツク操作が必要となる。この辺のシヤー
プペンシルの機構と作動状態を第1図に示す従来
の触指繰出式シヤープペンシルを例にとつて詳説

置される軸継手9の内部には外面に貫出するスラ
イダー10に固定されて軸方向に連動する保持チ
ヤツク11が設置されてスライダー10を後方に
引いて離すという操作を行つて保持チヤツク11
によりボールチヤツクから芯の引き出しを行うよ
うに構成されている。ここで保持チヤツク11に
保持された芯が消費されてしまうと次の芯を繰り
出すためには芯ケース6の後方に一体的に連結さ
れたノツク棒(図示は省略)をノツク操作して芯
固定チヤツク3により一定量次の芯を繰り出し次
いでチヤツクを開放し次の芯を自重落下させて残
芯に当接させチヤツクを元に戻して再び芯を固定
して一定量芯を繰り出すという一連の操作を行つ
て残芯の排除をする必要がある。この場合芯固定
チヤツク3の開放状態では芯の自重による落下が
可能となる程に充分開放される必要があるため、
後端ノツクをした場合に先ず芯ケース6とチヤツ
クケース1とがその摩擦力により摺動を起さずに
ボールチヤツクと共に前進しチヤツクケース1の
先端部に嵌着した止めリング12が軸継手9の内
壁13に衝合した時点で芯ケース6がその摩擦嵌
合部5を摺動させて単独で前進を始めその内面段
部14が芯固定チヤツク3の後端に衝合して芯固
定チヤツク3を前進させ充分に開放させるように
構成されている。この芯固定チヤツク3の開放状
態からノツク押圧を解除してボールチヤツク、チ
ヤツクケース1及び芯ケース6をノツクスプリン
グ7により復帰させる場合にチヤツクケース1は
その外面段部15が軸筒16の内面段部17に衝
止して所定の位置に復帰することができるが芯ケ
ース6についてはストツパー8を別個に設けてこ
のストツパー8に衝止させることにより所定の位
置に復帰させなければならなかつた。そしてこの
ストツパー8は2軸構造にするとか別部品を固着
させるとかの方法により構成されるため構造や組
立が複雑となつて安価なシヤープペンシルの製造
に大きな妨げとなつている。このストツパー8を
無くして芯ケース6の摩擦嵌合部5の摩擦力とノ
ツクスプリング7のバネ力とのバランスを調整す
るとかの方法もあるがより製造が困難となつたり
摩耗による摩擦力の変化とかの困難な問題が生じ

境界に段部29を設けている。芯ケース26は軸
方向のスリツト(図面上省略)を有してチヤツク
ケース22の後端より嵌合されその小内径部27
がチヤツクケース22の溝部24に嵌入しその内
面を所要の摩擦力をもつて接触させて摩擦嵌合し
ている。一方芯ケース26の外面段部30と軸筒
31の内面段部32の後面との間にはノツクスプ
リング33が介装され芯ケース26を後方に押圧
している。従つて芯ケース26の小内径部27即
ち摩擦嵌合部の後端の段部29はチヤツクケース
22の溝部24の段部25に衝合され、又チヤツ
クケース22の外面の段部23も軸筒31の内面
段部32の前面に衝合させられる。芯ケース及び
チヤツクケースの夫々の段部29,25の位置は
その段部が互いに衝合した状態で芯固定チヤツク
20の後端と芯ケース26の内面段部34とが接
