A part of it solidifies and adheres to the wire mesh 4, and slag is further deposited on top of it, eventually blocking the mesh.
Dissipation of heat during cutting is hindered, causing inconvenience. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically break up the slag deposited on the wire mesh 4 with an air hammer or the like and let it fall onto the floor 5.

The present inventors have discovered that the cut pieces and slag can be automatically collected by adsorbing the cut pieces and slag and automatically transporting and sorting them using a cart equipped with the vehicle, and have completed the present invention.

法を要旨とする。That is, the present invention is an automatic gas cutting method in which a gas flame is used to cut a steel plate placed on a surface plate made up of a number of supporting members arranged parallel and horizontally at regular intervals. Then, all the slag produced by the solidification of the molten metal is dropped onto the floor below the surface plate, and an electromagnet loaded on a trolley that reciprocates along a rail placed on the floor is lowered and the small The cut pieces and slag are absorbed, the electromagnet is raised and transported to the top of the conveyor, the electric current of the electromagnet is cut off and the small pieces and slag fall onto the conveyor, and this process is repeated to remove the surface plate. The gist of this paper is a method for collecting cut pieces in the gas cutting method, which collects small pieces and slag on the floor below.

While the trolley 9 reciprocates on the trolley running path during the work of collecting cut pieces, etc., it passes directly under the part of the steel plate that is being cut many times, so the cut pieces, etc. just fall onto the running trolley 9. However, the exclusion plate 8 is suspended at a position where its lower end slightly touches the top surface of the cart 9 passing below, and each time the cart 9 passes under it, the removal plate 8 is suspended. It is designed to scrape off cut pieces etc. loaded on the trolley 9. In addition, obstacle detection bumpers 31 are provided at the front and rear of the truck 9, and a safety device is provided so that if the truck 9 touches something while it is running, it will be detected and the truck 9 will stop immediately.

It is deposited on the floor surface 5 along the line. In order to collect the cut pieces and slag accumulated on the floor surface 5, a control device (not shown) drives the trolley traveling motor 13 to move the trolley to the floor surface 5 where the collection work is to be performed. ' is rewound, the electromagnet 14 is lowered in a horizontal state, and the cut pieces and slag are attracted by the magnetic force. Next, electromagnet 14
is raised by about 20 cm, and in that state, the cart 9 is driven to a standby position on the conveyor 10, where the electric current of the electromagnet 14 is cut off, and the cut pieces and the nozzle that have been attracted fall off. The cut pieces and slag are guided by the inclined guide plate 201 in the pitcher 21 and fall onto the conveyor 10. With this one reciprocation of the cart 9, a portion of the floor surface 5 approximately equal to the bottom area of the electromagnet 14 can be cleaned.

Since some cut pieces may remain after being collected in each of the above work cycles, the cart 9 is finally moved from the standby position to the position farthest from where collection started, and the electromagnet 14 is lowered horizontally. The cart 9 is moved to the standby position by sweeping the floor 5 by lowering only the side farthest from the standby position, leaving the electromagnet 14 in an inclined state, and removing the cut pieces etc. that are slightly left behind. ノロを回収するガス切断法における切断片回収法。(1) In the automatic gas cutting method, in which a gas flame is used to cut a steel plate placed on a surface plate made up of a number of supports placed parallel and horizontally at regular intervals, small pieces and melting occur during cutting. All the slag produced by the solidification of the metal is dropped onto the floor below the surface plate, and an electromagnet loaded on a cart that reciprocates along a rail placed on the floor is lowered to produce the small pieces. The electromagnet is raised and transported to the upper part of the conveyor, the electric current of the electromagnet is cut off, and the small pieces and the slag fall onto the conveyor. By repeating this operation, the area under the surface plate is removed. A cut piece collection method in the gas cutting method that collects small pieces and slag on the floor.

What is claimed is: 1. A cut piece collecting device comprising: an electromagnet loaded on a truck and equipped with a lifting mechanism; and a conveyor provided at one end of the running path of the cart or at the lower part of an intermediate portion thereof in a direction perpendicular to the running path.
