- 光が遮断されたことを検出するためのソーラセ
ルと、基準電圧発生回路と、前記ソーラセルの出
力が前記基準電圧発生回路の出力電圧以上か以下
か判定するための電圧比較器とを有し、前記電圧
比較器の出力をスイツチ入力として用いたことを
特徴とするスイツチ回路。
