- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １個のロツド状支持手段を含み、幅方向に間隔
を置いて配設される一対の支持手段と、光学要素
が装着された支持枠体と該支持枠体の両端部に設
けられ該一対の支持手段に支持される被支持部を
含む光学要素組立体を具備する走査光学装置にお
いて、 該ロツド状支持手段に支持される一方の被支持
部には該光学要素組立体を移動させるためのプー
リが配置され、該一方の被支持部に対して該支持
枠体を上下方向に位置調整自在とする位置調整手
段を備えてなることを特徴とする走査光学装置。
