従来装置を示す断面図である。 図において、１はプローブ針、２はベーク部、
２ａは貫通穴、３は固定プローブ、４はビニール
パイプ、５はリング状カバーである。なお、各図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
２図はその固定プローブ全体の平面図、第３図は
従来装置を示す断面図である。 図において、１はプローブ針、２はベーク部、
２ａは貫通穴、３は固定プローブ、４はビニール
パイプ、５はリング状カバーである。なお、各図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 基板の中央に位置し、ウエハテストする際、ウ
エハの電極パツトと接触するプローブ針と、その
上部に、プローブ針を支えるためのリング状に固
定されたベーク部を備えたウエハテスト固定プロ
ーブにおいて、上記ベーク部に内外を連通する貫
通穴を形成し、この貫通穴にチツ素放出用のパイ
プを装着したことを特徴とするウエハテスト固定
プローブ。
