    可能なエアマツトから成ることを特徴とした太陽
    電池装置。 (2) 上記エアマツトは透光性であり、上記太陽
    電池素子は上記エアマツトの内部に配されること
    を特徴とした第１項記載の太陽電池装置。 (3) 上記太陽電池素子が配された位置と対向す
    る上記エアマツトの位置に光学的集光レンズが配
    されることを特徴とした第２項記載の太陽電池装
    置。
