本発明は建築工事現場等で使用されている枠組足場用防

いに問題がある。その原因としては建築業界の慣習とし
て、足場の組立及び解体はdいくらの請負仕事であり、
作業員が先ず時間的に制約を受けている故、取付手間の
かかるクランプ付防護手摺柱の使用を面倒がる傾向にあ

コをボルトナツトで取付け、それをネジリバネ仕掛とし

上げ下げによりカギ型テコの先端部の爪で足場の横パイ
プ及び泥地パイプに防護手摺柱を着脱せしめ、手摺柱上
方及びパイプ取付金具上部の左右両面には防護ネット取
