PURPOSE:To apply flexibility, enhance safety and improve an installation operatability so as to facilitate connection of electric power wire by fastening and connecting the fixing portion of a lighting body to the fixing portion of a frame with a screw member having a collapsible recess portion in the middle position thereof. CONSTITUTION:A frame 10 is fixed on the paved edge surface of a runway or the like with an anchor bolt inserted into the anchor bolt inserting portion 16 of a fixing portion 15. An electrical contact 14 is connected to an electric power connecting wire drawn out of an electric wire threading hole 12. The fixing portion 17 of the frame 10 is met with the fixing portion 21 of a lighting body 20.
