た熱湯の温度を温度計等にて測定し乍らコーヒ

続するとともにその下部開口42を冷却室3とバ
ルブ室5間の仕切壁35に連設してあるバルブ6
の上部室61にパツキン31を介して接続してあ
る。62は下部室で、上部室61間に連通孔63
と貫通孔64を有する隔壁65を設けるとともに
その底部68に挿通孔66と外気開放口67を有
しているものである。8は貫通軸で貫通孔64に
位置してなるほぼ円柱状の一端にパイプ4の下部
開口42密封用の密封板81を設けるとともに他
端に挿通孔66を介して外部に突出する突出部8
2を形成してあり、更に突出部82側にその周端
にパツキン84を装着してある円板状の突部83
を形成してある。9はコイルばねで、密封板81
と隔壁65間の貫通軸8に介装してあり、密封板

ー11の載置部で、バルブ室5と容器室7の区切
り部にリング状に形成したものであり、フイルタ
ー11下方の容器室7内にコツプ等の容器71を

ー,茶等の抽出に適するある一定温度まで冷却さ
れるとばね10は再び伸長以前の縮んだ状態へ戻
らうとするため貫通軸8はコイルばね9の弾発力
によつてパルプ4の下部開口42側に移動し、パ
ツキン84と下部室62の底部68との間に隙間
が生じ、冷却された熱湯は下部室62底部68の
外気開放口67よりバルブ室5に流水し、フイル
ター11上に置かれたコーヒーの粉(図示せず)
や茶の葉(図示せず)等を潤し乍らコーヒーや茶
をフイルター11の下部に設置した容器71に抽
