Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow the sender side to confirm it that facsimile information reaches the receiver side by displaying it onto a sender side display device automatically when facsimile transmission is finished. CONSTITUTION:When facsimile transmission is finished, a signal representing it is sent from a central processing unit 6 to a receiver side facsimile equipment 4 and display of FAX 4218 is implemented on a receiver side display device 10.
