、前記テープを供給するテープ供給手段と、該供
給されたテープが導入されるシリンダと、該シリ
ンダ内に配されて前記導入されたテープが巻き掛
けられるテンシヨン付与ロールと、該テンシヨン
付与ロールが取付けられて前記シリンダ内に気密
を保持して往復動可能に配される移動体と、前記
テープに張力を付与すべくシリンダ内を減圧して
前記移動体を移動させる減圧手段と、前記シリン
ダ内のテープ導入量を検出する導入量検出器と、
該導入量検出器の検出信号で前記テープ供給手段
を制御する制御部とを含むことを特徴とするレン
