To prevent this, it is necessary to kill and completely exterminate them.

For example, in JP-A-62, there is a system that circulates the exhaust heat generated by driving an electric blower into the dust collection chamber using a hose to increase the temperature inside the dust collection chamber and kill pests such as mites in the dust collection chamber. It is publicly known as shown in Japanese Patent No.-127026. The outline thereof is as shown in FIG. 7, and the tip of the suction hose 51 inserted into the suction port of the main body case 50 is connected to the exhaust outlet 53 of the electric blower 52 of the main body case 50.

As a result, the exhaust noise becomes louder, and when exterminating pests such as mites, it takes time and effort to set up a long suction hose 51. Also, the suction hose 51 attached to the outside of the main body case 50 may bend or hang, causing the main body case 50 to In addition, since the exhaust flow is circulated through the long suction hose 51, the heating effect of the dust collecting chamber 54 becomes poor and the heating time becomes long.

By enabling circulation within the main unit, the dust mites and other pests can be efficiently and reliably killed using only the vacuum cleaner itself, without reducing the dust collection capacity of the dust collection chamber, allowing for complete extermination. In addition, the present invention aims to provide a vacuum cleaner in which the lid-side ventilation passage and the exhaust supply port are connected with good airtightness.

。After cleaning, when the suction port is closed and the electric blower and power supply to mi are turned on, the exhaust flow of the electric blower is reduced due to the negative pressure in the dust collection chamber because the ventilation passage on the lid side communicates with the suction port. The air is guided and circulated from the exhaust supply port on the main body side to the dust collection chamber via the ventilation path on the lid side, and becomes hot air by the exhaust heat of the electric blower, heating the dust collection chamber to 50℃ or more and killing pests such as mites. let

It stands out. The detection switch 36 is turned on by pressing the reset button 37, and the temperature of the exhaust flow passing through the lid-side ventilation passage is 50° C., which is the temperature at which pests such as mites are killed.
As described above, the vacuum cleaner is configured to turn off when the sensor 36a senses that the set temperature has reached 65° C., which is a temperature that does not cause thermal effects such as thermal deformation on the synthetic resin constituting the vacuum cleaner body.

The exhaust flow is circulated by repeating this process, and the exhaust heat from the electric blower 7 turns into hot air, which heats the dust collection chamber 4 and blows the paper bag at an exhaust temperature of 50°C or higher. When pests such as mites stored in the filter 14 are killed and the exhaust gas temperature reaches 65° C., the temperature sensing switch 36 is turned off and the electric blower 4117 is stopped.

Since the temperature inside the dust collection chamber is increased to kill pests such as mites in the dust collection chamber by circulating the dust without using a suction hose, all of the problems associated with using a suction hose as in the conventional case are solved. In addition, a ventilation passage on the lid side of the dust collection chamber that guides the exhaust flow from the electric blower to the suction port via the exhaust supply port is provided, so that the circulation path for exhaust heat can be shortened. The dust collecting chamber is heated in a short time to efficiently and reliably kill pests such as mites, and since the suction port is formed in the lid, it is extremely easy to insert or remove the suction bowl.
