―線に沿う断面図、第７図は、同熱交換器の
インナーフインを示す斜視図である。 １，２…ヘツダパイプ、３…入口管、４…出口
管、５…扁平管、１２…小流路、２０…インナー
フイン、ｈ…波形部、Ｒ…流路、ｓ…所定長、ｐ

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 熱交換流体が流入する入口側ヘツダパイプ１と
    、前記熱交換流体が流出する出口側ヘツダパイプ
    ２とを所定長ｌ離間して平行に対設し、この両ヘ
    ツダパイプ１，２間を多数の扁平管５により連通
    し、これら各扁平管５内に軸直角断面が所定ピツ
    チｐの波形状をしたインナーフインを挿入固着す
    ることにより、前記扁平管５内の流路Ｒを複数個
    の小流路１２に区画形成しかつこれら各小流路１
    ２の流体直径が所定値となるようにしたマルチフ
    ロータイプの熱交換器において、前記インナーフ
    イン２０は、前記熱交換流体の流れ方向に対し所
    定長ｓ毎に前記波形をずらして切起した波形部ｈ
    を有し、前段の波形部の間に次位の波形部の端面
    Ｅが位置するようにしたことを特徴とするマルチ
    フロータイプの熱交換器。
