Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the feeling of protrusion caused 4 an indoor device, and to obtain the indoor device which requires no installation space and whose outlet port can be freely selected, by forming the indoor device consisting of a main body installed on a ceiling-plane side and an outlet wall part made in one piece with the main body and hung down vertically therefrom and forming the outlet wall part consisting of a back surface plate and a front surface plate having knockout partition boards therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An indoor device is constituted of a main body 13 provided along a ceiling- plane and an outlet wall part 12 vertically hanging down from the rear end of the main body 13 in a substantially L-shaped state. The wall part 12 comprising a back surface plate 10 and a front surface plate 11, both extending to a floor face along an indoor wall, is formed into a thin shape. The main body 13 has an inlet port 14 for indoor air in the vicinity of the ceiling and is provided therein with an indoor heat exchanger 15 and a blower 16 for indoor air circulation. In this constitution, when it is judged that, for example, the part of a section P is the best outlet port, the front surface plate 11 is opened to break knockout partition boards. Then, the front surface plate 11 is closed so as to form an outlet port through which cold or hot air from the blower 16 is blown out of the section P into a room through an air flow passage 13. According to this constitution, the feeling of protrusion caused by the indoor device in a room can be entirely removed af an installation space can also be minimized.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as this type of indoor unit, a wall-mounted indoor unit as shown in FIG. 4 has been widely used. That is, the main body 1 of the wall-mounted indoor unit that is hung on a wall 2 sucks indoor air from an intake port 2 on the front, passes the indoor air through an indoor heat exchanger 3, and sends the indoor air through an air outlet provided below by a blower 4. There are many types that blow out into the room than 5. There is also a floor-standing indoor unit (not shown), which is installed on the floor and blows air in either the upper or lower direction.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, whether the indoor unit is a wall-mounted indoor unit or a floor-standing indoor unit, the direction in which air is emitted from the outlet is constant, and therefore If the space or other items are placed, restrictions will be placed on the installation location of the main body 1, and furthermore, a protruding window will appear on the wall of the room, which is undesirable in terms of interior space. In the case of a floor-standing indoor unit, it completely occupies the floor space, which poses a problem in that the indoor unit cannot be used effectively.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve this problem, the present invention has a main body part and a blowout wall part integral with the rear part of the main body part and hanging downward, which is formed into an L-shape. The outlet wall is arranged along the ceiling surface, and is equipped with an indoor heat exchanger, a blower, and an indoor air inlet inside. Knockout partition plates are formed on the face plate side at appropriate intervals vertically and horizontally, the front plate corresponds to the back plate, and the front plate is formed to be openable and closable, and a blowout grill is formed.

Function: With this configuration, the air near the ceiling sucked in by the main body installed along the ceiling passes through the indoor heat exchanger and the blower, and then is routed through the ventilation path by randomly selecting knockout partition plates. The air is then blown into the room from an arbitrarily selected outlet. Moreover, when breaking down the knockout partition plate, the front plate is opened and the knockout partition plate is broken down arbitrarily.

The blowout wall portion 12 is formed thinly by a back plate 1o that extends along the indoor wall to the floor surface, and a front plate 11. The main body 13 has a suction port 14 for sucking indoor air near the ceiling, and is provided with an indoor heat exchanger 16 and a blower 16 for indoor air circulation inside. and blower 1
No. 6 air outlet 16 a faces the inner upper end of the air outlet wall 12 . The blow-out wall 12 is provided with knock-out partition plates 17 at appropriate intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions on the side of the back plate 1o so as to be easily broken down. The front plate 11 can be opened and closed using a rotational fulcrum 18 at the lower end as a fulcrum, and an attachment/detachment portion 19 provided above by a roll catch or the like as shown by arrow A.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the above embodiments, according to the present invention, a main body installed on the ceiling surface side, and integrally with the main body,
In addition, the indoor unit is composed of the hanging air outlet wall, and the air outlet wall is made up of a back plate with a knockout partition plate and a front plate, so the air outlet can be selected without being restricted by furniture, etc. This also eliminates the feeling of protrusion in the interior, making it suitable for the rear. Furthermore, since the outlet wall is made thin, the indoor space required for installation is also small.
