Claims (1)
- 変調信号に対応した光パワーを出力する光信号
発生器において、レーザと、このレーザの出力光
が入射する超音波光変調器と、この超音波光変調
器を透過する０次光の光パワーの一部と変調信号
との差を演算する比較手段と、この比較手段の出
力に対応する信号で前記レーザを駆動するレーザ
駆動手段と、変調信号に対応して前記超音波光変
調器の減衰率を制御する減衰量制御手段とを備え
、減衰量制御手段が超音波光変調器の回折効率の
非直線性を補正するように構成したことを特徴と
する光信号発生器。
