Claims (1)
- 光源と、この光源からの光を入力する分岐比可
変の光フアイバ型光カプラと、この光カプラの接
合面を相対的に移動させる駆動手段と、前記光カ
プラで分岐された一方の出力を出力光とし、他方
の光をモニタ光として入力する光電変換素子と、
前記出力光を所望の値にするために前記光電変換
素子からの信号を所定の値にするように前記駆動
手段に駆動信号を出力する演算器とを具備したこ
とを特徴とする光量可変光源。
