図は要部を断面した側面図、第２図は下側から見
た斜視図、第３図は分割する前のプリント配線基
板を示す平面図である。第４図および第５図は従
来例を示すものであつて、要部を断面した側面図
である。 主要部分の符号の説明、１：放熱器、２：パワ
ートランジスタ、３：プリント基板、３１：本体
基板、３２：割り取り基板、３３：ミシン目、３
４，３６：プリント配線パターン、３５：端縁、
６：ジヤンパーワイヤ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 割り取り可能なミシン目により本体基板と割
    り取り基板とに区分するとともに、本体基板のミ
    シン目近傍まで配置したプリント配線パターンと
    、割り取り基板のミシン目近傍および端縁近傍と
    の間に配置したプリント配線パターンとをジヤン
    パワイヤで接続し、所定の電器部品を装着した後
    、割り取り基板をミシン目より折り取り分割し、
    本体基板の近傍に配置して、割り取り基板のプリ
    ント配線パターンへ放熱器に装着したパワートラ
    ンジスタ等の発熱電気部品をハンダ付け接続する
    ように構成したことを特徴とするプリント配線基
    板の構造。 ２ ジヤンパーワイヤの一端を本体基板のミシン
    目近傍まで配置したプリント配線パターンへ接続
    するとともに、他端を割り取り基板に配置したプ
    リント配線パターンの端縁近傍部分へ接続したこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１記載のプリント配線基板
    の構造。
