Among them, acrylic mucosa conditioning materials that are used by mixing and gelling a powder component made of an ethyl methacrylate homopolymer or its copolymer with a liquid component made of a plasticizer and ethanol are simple and have appropriate fluidity and elasticity. It is widely used because it has Furthermore, the acrylic mucosa conditioning material has very good adhesion to the denture base, and has the characteristic that it hardly peels off after being placed in the oral cavity.゛[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the above-mentioned mucosal conditioner has too good adhesion to the denture base, so it is very difficult to easily remove it from the denture base, and it is usually used in dentistry. It is scraped off with a polishing bur, etc. This method has problems in that it produces a strong odor due to food residues adsorbed to the mucous membrane conditioning material in the oral cavity, is time consuming, and is difficult to completely remove.

As a result, if a solution of a polymer having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group at a specific concentration is applied to the denture base as a base material and then lined with a mucous membrane conditioning material, the denture base and mucosa conditioning material will be separated during use. The inventors have discovered that the mucous membrane conditioning material has appropriate adhesive properties and can be easily removed from the denture base when desired, leading to the completion of the present invention.

-5% by weight, preferably 0.5-2% by weight. That is, when the concentration of the polymer is lower than 0.1% by weight, when the resulting base material for the mucosa conditioning material is applied to the denture base and the mucosa conditioning material is paved, the mucosa conditioning material may peel off from the denture base. Moreover, if the concentration is higher than 5% by weight, the adhesiveness between the denture base and the mucous membrane conditioning material will be significantly reduced, making it impossible to achieve the object of the present invention.

Although the cause of such an effect is not clear, the present inventors speculate as follows. That is, when the base material of the present invention is applied to a denture base and dried to form a layer, the hydrophobic groups of the polymer are, for example, polymethyl methacrylate (hereinafter referred to as PMM), which is the main component of the denture base.
(abbreviated as A) to form an adhesive film, and the surface of the film becomes a hydrophilic surface. Furthermore, because the film is formed by drying a solution with a low concentration, countless pinholes are formed. The mucous membrane conditioning material lined on such a coating adheres to PMMA at the countless pinhole areas, but hardly adheres to the hydrophilic coating area. Therefore, when worn in the oral cavity, where compressive force mainly acts, sufficient adhesive force is developed at the pinhole portion. On the other hand, when a tensile force is applied to remove the coating, the coating easily peels off, and the area of each pinhole attached is very small, making it difficult to remove the mucosa conditioning material without leaving it on the denture base side. It is presumed that it is possible.

It has become possible to make mucosa conditioning materials with relatively high adhesive strength, such as acrylic mucosa conditioning materials, easier to use than ever before.
