接続したり地上に設置した配電箱に引込むために
用いられる地中配線用箱の改良に関するものであ

ところが従来のこの種の地中配線用箱は地面と
水平あるいはそれよりもやや低い位置に水平な蓋
が設けられているために蓋の上に人が乗り易く、
また、その場合には人の全重量が蓋面に垂直に作
用することとなるので蓋やこれを支える開口部に
人の荷重に耐える大きい機械的強度を持たせなけ
ればならず、特に、地中配線用箱を合成樹脂製と
した場合にはその本来の機能を満足させるために
必要とされる以上の極めて肉厚のものとしなけれ
ばならないという問題があり、さらに、地中にあ
る垂直な側壁面に孔をあけてこの孔よりケーブル
を導入しているため、ケーブル保護管を使用する
とケーブル引込作業に手数がかかるうえに安全性

おくものとする。また、孔2の上部において箱主
体1には配電箱等の電気機器収納箱5が取付けら
れている。さらに、箱主体1の地中に埋設される
側壁部6の下方部三方には地中側に相当する下側
を上拡がり状の斜面7とする突出部8が、別に成
形された合成樹脂製の成形体を箱主体1の側壁部
下方の開口周縁にボルト9により締結するなどし
て設けられ、各斜面7には地中に埋設されている
ケーブル保護管10を挿通保持させて箱主体1の
内部へ引込むための挿入部11として紡錘形のブ
ツシングが斜面7に対して直角に、即ち箱主体1
の側壁部6に対して傾斜させて中間部が斜面に設
けた孔に保持されるように嵌着されて先端部が前
記孔2の方向に向けられている。なお、このケー
ブル保護管の挿入部11としてのブツシングは図
示のように両端がエポキシ樹脂製の封止部材12
により封止され、内部に充填材13が注入されて
いてケーブル保護管10はこのブツシングの軸線
方向に斜下方から引込まれ、その中心部の電力ケ
ーブル14のみがブツシングの内側端部から箱主
体1の内部へ引出されて上方の配電箱等の電気機

むようになつているので、ケーブル先端が自然に
上向きとなつて引込作業が容易なうえ挿入部11
付近が突出部8で上方より保護されているので安
全性にすぐれており、また、点検孔3が箱主体1
の上面に地表面に対して15〜45度の角度で上向傾
斜する傾斜面1aに設けられているので、点検が
容易なうえ点検孔3の蓋4の上に人等が乗りにく
く、仮に乗つた場合にもその荷重は蓋4の表面に
平行な方向への接続成分と蓋4の表面に垂直な方
向への垂直成分とに分かれるために蓋4に垂直に
作用する荷重を減少させることができるので、蓋
4及びその周縁にあたる点検孔3の孔縁部の機械
的強度を必要以上に大きくする必要がなく、肉厚
も薄くすることができる。なお、点検孔3が地表
面に対して15度に満たないと荷重の分散効果が乏
しく、他方、45度を超えると点検がしにくくなる

り、しかも、点検孔を箱主体の少なくとも上面の
一部に地表面に対して15〜45度の角度で上向傾斜
するよう形成した傾斜面に設けることにより点検
孔の蓋の上に人等が乗つたりあるいは踏んだりす
る可能性を小さくするとともに仮に人等が乗つた
場合にも蓋に垂直な荷重を小さくしたものであ
り、従来、人等の荷重に耐えることができる大き
い機械的強度を持たせるために本来の機能上必要
とされる以上の肉厚に形成されていた蓋及びその
周縁部を肉薄化することができ、デザイン上も優
れている利点と相俟ち従来のこの種の地中配線用
箱の問題点を解決したものとしてその実用的価値
