Claims (1)
- 継手本体と螺合する締付ナツト内にスリーブを
配置し、継手本体の一端面およびこれと対峙する
スリーブの内端面との間に外周面に環状のＶ字溝
を有する弾性シール体を配し、このシール体を前
記一端面および内端面により挟圧して芯方向に膨
出させることによりシール体を挿通するケーブル
を密封保持するようにした継手において、前記シ
ール体は幅広の筒状体であつてその両側面に内周
方向に向かつて漸次縮径したテーパ面およびこの
テーパ面の外周側で面取りされた肩部を有し、前
記継手本体の一端面およびスリーブの内端面はこ
のテーパ面に対して鋭角をなす平面と、前記肩部
を押圧する押え面を有し、この押え面および平面
が前記挟圧時にシール体の中央部を内周に膨出さ
せるようにシール体に作用することを特徴とする
ケーブル用継手。
