１１はフランジ、１５，１６，１８は冷媒輸送管
、１７，１９は断熱層である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 常温領域と極低温領域との間に位置する端末部
    において、管状の導体の内部に中心から同心状に
    第１、第２、第３の冷媒輸送管路を設け、前記第
    １の冷媒輸送管路は冷媒を前記導体と接続する極
    低温ケーブルを冷却する冷媒の通路とし、前記第
    ２、第３の冷媒輸送管路は前記端末部の極低温領
    域において連通し、前記第２の冷媒輸送管路から
    送出した補助冷媒を前記第３の冷媒輸送管路から
    排出するようにしたことを特徴とする極低温ケー
    ブルの端末部。
