Claims (1)
- 中央ジヨイント部を介して着脱自在に二分割さ
れる棒状体からなる健康棒であつて、二分割され
る棒状体の少なくとも一方にはその表面に小突起
を形成するとともに、棒状体の各端部には曲り部
を形成し、かつ中央ジヨイント部に回転部を嵌挿
したことを特徴とする健康棒。
