に固定される固定プレートと、この固定プレート
のほぼ中央部背面に固定された躯体内に埋設され
るガイド筒と、このガイド筒内に摺動可能に取付
けられたガイドプレートと、一端が前記取付け金
具本体に取付けられ、他端が前記固定プレートの
貫通孔を介して前記ガイドプレートに取付けられ
た作動杆と、この作動杆を常時前記取付け金具本
体を躯体に押し圧固定するように付勢する付勢ス
プリングとからなることを特徴とする建物の目地
装置。 (2) 隣接する左右の躯体間の目地部を覆うこと
のできる目地カバーと、この目地カバーを前記左
右の躯体が地震等によつて揺れ動いても破損する
ことなく目地部を覆うように該左右の躯体に取付

面に固着された躯体内に埋設される多角筒形状の
ガイド筒と、このガイド筒内に回動不能でかつ摺
動可能に取付けられたナツト形状のガイドプレー
トと、一端が前記取付け金具本体に取付けられ、
他端が前記固定プレートの貫通孔を介して前記ガ
イドプレートに螺合されたボルト状の作動杆と、
この作動杆を常時前記取付け金具本体を躯体に押
し圧固定するように付勢する圧縮スプリング状の
付勢スプリングとからなることを特徴とする建物
の目地装置。 (3) 隣接する左右の躯体間の目地部を覆うこと
のできる目地カバーと、この目地カバーを前記左
右の躯体が地震等によつて揺れ動いても破損する
ことなく目地部を覆うように該左右の躯体に取付
けることのできる複数個の取付け金具とからなる
