するオイルスリンガと、上記開口に密嵌して上記
オイルスリンガと協働するダストリツプを形成さ
れたオイルシールリングとをそなえ、上記オイル
スリンガの円筒部の上記軸に密嵌する部分に設け
られた軸線方向スロツトの一端に隣接し、かつ上
記オイルシールリングのダストリツプに近接する
ように、上記の軸と密嵌する部分から外方に突出
する隆条が形成されるとともに、上記円筒部の上
記軸と密嵌する部分以外の内周面と上記軸の外周
面との間に環状の隙間が形成されていることを特
