Claims (1)
- 冷却液供給源、冷却を要する装置本体、もしく
は中間接続部等に固定された継手と、外周に強度
補強層が設けられ前記継手に装着されたシリコー
ンチユーブからなる冷却液用配管とを備え、前記
継手と前記冷却液用配管の継手近傍部との外周を
熱収縮性チユーブで一体に被覆固定したことを特
徴とする冷却液用配管構造。
