図中１は誘電体基板、２は金属板キヤリアによ
るグラウンド・プレーン、３は中心周波数ｆ０２
の金属薄膜パターン、４は中心周波数ｆ０１の超
伝導体の薄膜によるパターン、５はバンドパスフ
イルタの入力ポート、６は同じく出力ポート、７
は磁界印加装置、８は磁界印加制御装置、９は中
心周波数がｆ０１のバンドパスフイルタの周波数
特性、１０は同じく中心周波数がｆ０２のバンド
パスフイルタの周波数特性である。なお、図中同
一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示して
ある。
