- 内部真空にされる断面方形あるいは断面円形の
蛇腹構造導波管と、この導波管の外周を被うよう
にして設けられ該導波管外壁面を真空状態にする
真空ベローズとを具備し、真空２重構造にしたこ
とを特徴とする真空可撓導波管。
