本考案の一実施例に係る電着塗装用の丸穴の平面
図、第３図は従来の電着塗装用の丸穴及びゴムプ
ラグの断面図、第４図は従来の電着塗装用の丸穴
の平面図である。 図面中、１，１１はゴムプラグ、１ａ，１１ａ
は円盤部、１ｂ，１１ｂは軸部、１１ｃはリツプ
部、２，１２はボデイ、３，１３は丸穴、１３ａ
は切欠である。
本考案の一実施例に係る電着塗装用の丸穴の平面
図、第３図は従来の電着塗装用の丸穴及びゴムプ
ラグの断面図、第４図は従来の電着塗装用の丸穴
の平面図である。 図面中、１，１１はゴムプラグ、１ａ，１１ａ
は円盤部、１ｂ，１１ｂは軸部、１１ｃはリツプ
部、２，１２はボデイ、３，１３は丸穴、１３ａ
は切欠である。
Claims (1)
- 自動車ボデイに電着塗装用として形成される丸
穴に少なくとも１個所以上の排水用切欠を設ける
一方、前記丸穴に装着されて水の浸入を防止する
ゴムプラグが前記丸穴を覆う円盤部に、前記丸穴
に嵌合する軸部及び前記ボデイに接触するリツプ
部を同心状に配置して構成されることを特徴とす
る自動車ボデイの電着塗装用穴及びゴムプラグ。
