Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rice cake rod capable of providing small pieces having various colors and patterns described thereon by continuously and successively filling a pressurized rice cake material in the interior of a rice cake housing cylinder having one closed end and further foods having different properties in the above-mentioned rice cake material. CONSTITUTION:A rice cake housing cylinder 13 is placed on a frame 10 and moved in the direction of a rice cake producing machine 3 and a kneading cylinder 5 is loosely inserted into the rice cake housing cylinder 13 and stopped at a position where the closed end of the cylinder 13 reaches a feed port 4 of the kneading cylinder 5. An ordinary rice cake material is then placed in a hopper 2 and liquid coffee is placed in a mixing material pressure feeding chamber 7 to drive a motor 6. The rice cake material is fed toward the feed port 4 of the kneading cylinder 5 while being kneaded with helical blades in the rice cake producing machine 3 under a high pressure and the liquid coffee is simultaneously passed through a mixing cylinder 9 and fed to an injection port 8 at the tip thereof. When the interior of the rice cake housing cylinder 13 is filled with the rice cake material, the motor 6 is stopped to cut the rice cake material continuous from an opening of the rice cake housing cylinder 13. The rice cake housing cylinder 13 housing the rice cake material is directly cooled to solidify the rice cake material.

In the past, in order to make mochi sticks for making strips of rice crackers, it was necessary to stretch the mochi material by hand to form a stick, store it in a gutter mold with a semicircular cross section, cover it, and cool it to solidify. Alternatively, by kneading the mochi material in advance with a kneading machine and inserting it between two upper and lower rolls that have formed a gap of the desired product shape in parallel, rod-shaped bodies having a cross section of the desired product shape are arranged in a parallel state. There was one that was manufactured continuously, cut into appropriate lengths, and cooled and solidified.

However, the former has the disadvantage that no strong pressure is applied to the mochi material during kneading, which causes air bubbles and pores inside the mochi stick, which tends to result in defective products when the mochi stick is cut into strips of rice crackers. was there. In addition, in the latter method, the mochi sticks are made into sticks while they are still soft, resulting in sagging and crumbling mochi sticks, which results in defective products that become irregular when the mochi sticks are cut into strips of rice crackers. According to such a mochi cylinder device, the raw mochi material is transferred to a hopper (2
) and is rotated by a motor (not shown), the helical blade shaft 1) (21) compresses and kneads the mochi material, sends it forward, and straightens it directly into the Kasuri storage cylinder αJ from the extrusion port (23). go. Then, when the mochi material is squeezed out from the air hole (24) of the lid (17') at the other end of the mochi storage tube αJ, the motor is stopped, and the mochi storage tube α1 is separated from the extrusion port (23) to store the mochi. This is done by cutting off the continuous mochi material at one end of the tube a3, cooling and solidifying it while storing the mochi material in the mochi storage tube a3, and opening the upper and lower half mold plates α9ae to take out the mochi stick. can be cut into strips to obtain strip rice crackers.

Such a mochi cylinder device is used as follows. That is, as shown in Fig. 4, the rice cake storage tube aj is placed on the frame αω, the frame 01 is moved in the direction of the rice cake making machine (3), and the dough tube (5) is loosely inserted into the rice cake storage tube a1. Its closed end is a renzutsu (5
) and stops when it reaches the supply port (4). Next, regular mochi ingredients are put into the hopper (2), liquid coffee is put into the mixed material pressure feeding chamber (7), the motor (6) is driven, and the mochi is made using the spiral blades in the mochi making machine (3). After kneading the materials under high pressure, use a kneading tube (
5), and at the same time, liquid coffee is also sent through the mixing cylinder (9) to the injection port (8) at its tip. As shown in Figure 5, approximately half of the opening area of the supply port (4) is covered with a blind plate 0I, so the mochi material fed into the kneading tube (5) is further processed through this supply port (4). The rice cake is squeezed and sent to the closed end of the rice cake storage cylinder.

Coffee is compressed in the longitudinal direction of the mochi material supplied into the mochi material, and is kneaded into a spiral shape while being squeezed (as a result, the cross section of the mochi material has a coffee swirl pattern drawn on it. Furthermore, the pressure of the mochi material sent out from the supply port (4) strongly pushes the lid αη of the mochi storage tube (5), but the mochi storage tube Q3 is strongly pressed against the roll (15) by the presser lever (to). Therefore, as the mochi material is pushed out, the mochi storage cylinder a3 moves forward together with the frame OI (.
