By the way, when a car phone or the like is equipped with an antenna duplexer, depending on the circuit configuration of the radio, a circuit device on the transmitting side may be required to have a high suppression ratio of the third harmonic of the fundamental frequency. However, in the case of a filter device having the above-mentioned configuration, for example, if the dielectric coaxial resonator incorporated as a filter element is of 1/4 wavelength type, the suppression ratio of 3 times or 5 times spurious is inferior. There are performance problems when using it as an antenna duplexer.

To explain an example of an operating state using an embodiment of such a configuration, for example, a signal inputted from a transmitting side circuit device (not shown) through the input side connector 4 is filtered by a trap filter component to convert the third harmonic component of its fundamental frequency. 16, the signal is first propagated to the first stage dielectric coaxial resonator 9 1 via the capacitance between the capacitor electrodes 14 0 and 14 1 of the input filter section 7. Then, the signals are sequentially transmitted to the capacitor electrodes 14 1 and 14 2 , 14 2 and 14
3 , . . . to the dielectric coaxial resonators 9 2 , 9 3 . The signal is transmitted from the output connector 6 to an antenna (not shown). Note that the received signal also passes from the input/output connector 6 to the central terminal 15c and the capacitor electrode 14c, and then
The signal is sent to the output filter section 8 , where it is propagated similarly to the input filter section 7 and sent to the output connector 5 .

<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the invention, for example, a signal input from a circuit device on the transmitting side to this filter device has its third harmonic component of the fundamental frequency trapped by the trap filter component, and then Since the propagation is sequentially transmitted to each dielectric coaxial resonator via the capacitance between the capacitor electrodes, trap filter components can be installed inside the case without major changes to the structure and dimensions of the case in conventional filter devices. It is possible to incorporate Therefore, a filter device with a simple and compact structure and a high spurious suppression ratio can be provided at low cost.
Furthermore, although the trap filter component is built into the case that houses the dielectric coaxial resonator and the dielectric substrate, the space on the open end surface side of the dielectric coaxial resonator where the trap filter component is located is free from electromagnetic interference in the operating frequency range. Since this is a so-called cut-off space where no field energy exists, there is no interference between the trap filter components and the dielectric coaxial resonator.
Both can be made to perform their respective desired operations.
