Abstract

PURPOSE:To make operations easier as well as enable a movable type formwork to be used even for secondary and third covering works by a method in which the constitutional parts of formwork are moved along rails set on the upper part of struts erected at an interval in the widthwise and lengthwise directions of tunnel. CONSTITUTION:Rails 12 and 12' are set in a vertically movable manner on the upsides of struts 7 erected at an interval in the widthwise and lengthwise directions of tunnel. The constitutional parts such as top frame 14, curved frame 18, flexible face plate 21, winder 26, and jack arm 22 for a movable type formwork are movably set along the rails 12 and 12' through rollers 15 and 16. The constitutional parts are assembled on a desired place for covering work and then moved to the next place along the rails 12 and 12' thereafter. The number of movable parts can thus be reduced to permit them to move manually, and also interference with cables in moving can be avoided.

A steel movable formwork is used to cast concrete for the secondary or tertiary lining of tunnels, and Figure 6 shows the formwork called a travel form, which has one rail on the bottom.
A mount 2 rolls on this rail 1. A curved frame 4 having substantially the same shape as the curvature of the tunnel is suspended from the left and right sides of the telescopic column 3 above the frame 2 on hinges, and a formwork face plate 5 is integrally stretched on the outer surface of the frame 4. .

In the conventional movable formwork, the frame supporting the formwork must be moved together, and the weight makes it difficult to move it manually. Furthermore, since the pedestal is located in the center and moves together with the pedestal, it cannot be used when cables are already installed in the tunnel, and cannot be used as a tertiary winding form.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has rails that are arranged in the tunnel width direction and erected at appropriate intervals in the tunnel length direction, and have rails extending in the tunnel length direction on the upper and lower sides. A column that is movable, a top frame with a face plate that can be slid by a roller that engages with the rail between the columns that are lined up in the width direction, and a top frame that is suspended from a hinge from the roller that also engages with the rail and is divided. A curved frame consisting of a combination of bodies, a blind-shaped flexible face plate whose upper end is locked to the upper end of the curved frame and stretched along the outside of the curved frame, a column, and a jack arm interposed between the curved frame. , and a winding device for the blind-shaped flexible face plate attached to the inside of the curved frame.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the movable formwork for tunnel lining of the present invention, only the top frame and the curved frame to which the face plate is attached are moved, so there is no need to use the formwork frame support as in the conventional case. There is no need to move the entire frame, there are few moving parts, and it can be easily done by hand.

Furthermore, since the formwork can be advanced without moving the trestle or support, even if cables are installed in the tunnel, the formwork can be transferred while protecting the cables. As a result, it can be used not only as a formwork for secondary lining of tunnels but also for tertiary lining.
