Claims (1)
- 中心導体と、該中心導体に対して絶縁体を介装
してその周囲に配設された外導体とを備え、配線
基板表面に取付ける同軸コネクタにおいて、前記
絶縁体を低誘電率系のセラミツクで形成し、前記
外導体及び中心導体を銀、銅、金等の導電性材料
からなる薄い膜で形成したことを特徴とする同軸
コネクタ。
