電モータ。 (2) 上記被駆動体には上記圧電素子のすべり方
向に関連して同被駆動体の移動方向を一方向に規
制するブレーキ手段が設けられている請求項１記
載のすべりモード型圧電モータ。 (3) 上記圧電素子には上記被駆動体の移動方向
に応じて正もしくは負の電圧が選択的に印加され
る請求項１または２記載のすべりモード型圧電モ
