Claims (1)
- 蒸留器から清浄な洗浄液を、貯液槽を介して、
被洗浄体が収容された洗浄槽に供給し、該洗浄槽
にて洗浄に供され、汚染した洗浄液を該洗浄槽か
ら該蒸留器に戻して、再び清浄な洗浄液にして、
循環的に清浄な洗浄液を該洗浄槽に供給して被洗
浄体を洗浄する洗浄装置において、該貯液層にて
、清浄な洗浄液に対し一定濃度の油分を混入させ
るようにオイルを供給するオイル槽を設けたこと
を特徴とする洗浄装置。
